ACCEPTANCE LIST & SEED SELECTION: Draws will be determined as follows:
- Boys & Girls 18s, 16s, 14s: 12 of the highest-ranked players from the next-younger age division (you must be ranked in the top 200 to qualify to be selected from the younger age group), then 50 of the highest-ranked players inthe age group will be selected, plus two Wildcards
- Boys & Girls 12s: 62 of the highest-ranked players applying plus two Wildcards
- The SINGLES selection list will be based on the August 4 National Standings List and the seeds will be based on the August 25 National Standings List

- BOYS & GIRLS 18s, 16s, & 14s: All MAIN DRAW matches will consist of 2 out of 3 tie-break sets. All CONSOLATION matches will be the best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10-point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
- BOYS & GIRLS 12s: All MAIN DRAW & CONSOLATION matches will be the best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10-point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set.
DOUBLES DEADLINE & DRAW FORMAT: IMPORTANT: PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY SINGLES IN ONE DIVISION & DOUBLES IN ANOTHER DIVISION. The Doubles deadline is Friday, AUGUST 27th at 9pm - if you do not have a partner, and would like for us to pair you together with someone, please e-mail or call 561-330-6000 by Aug. 27th @ 9pm. The Doubles divisions will consists of an 8-game Pro-set (single elimination) - there will not be a doubles 3/4 Playoff match. Doubles begins on Saturday, Sept. 4 in the afternoon (not before noon). If you know your doubles teams, please e-mail ibaron@YellowTennisBall.com before August 27th and we will pair you together (Important: make sure we reply back to you to confirm receipt of the e-mail).

TOURNAMENT LOCATIONS
The sites are approximately 30 minutes south of West Palm Beach Airport, 30 minutes north of Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and 1 hour north of Miami Airport.

For PRACTICE COURTS on or before Friday, Sept. 3rd, MUST CALL THE MATCH SITES TO RESERVE YOUR COURTS - two persons per court, if courts are full, four persons per court. Beginning Saturday, Sept. 4th, 8+ practice courts will be available 45 minutes before the first match at the each of the match sites, as well as 1-2 courts throughout the day.
